I'll never understand the Burdi pick, given it seems they never tried to make him a starter. His mechanics were begging for TJS.

Great post...also I forget who said it but someone mentioned they saw Abbott hit a 430 ft homer in Arizona

What do the reports say

If you told me Singer is a number 3 starter in the majors, I'd say sign me up now. If this year has shown us anything, it's that projecting young starting pitching is very difficult.

Singer has become severely underrated on this site.

Here's my concern though, at least from the first hit I saw....it was very soft and not the type of swing that impresses. There's no doubt his hand-eye coordination is incredible.

Off lefty?

What about Singer and Eierman

Not with that righty swing...woof

Brewers fans hate Boone more than we did after the Hafner bomb

After Spillane 3rd pick

Madrigal on ESPNU soon.

Yep

Benetti has done a really good job with this interview

Nice flare, bad base running

At least Farquhar is available

Abreu's first game playing 1B? Some inexcusable decisions he's making

Pulling off everything, leaving him even more vulnerable vs offspeed stuff

What the hell is he looking for on 3-1 pitch?

I'm thinking the more decorated people want Singer to fill pitching gaps quicker caused by Giolito and Fulmer busting

Abreu is so bad defensively

Maybe they bring him up to AAA on Monday after his bobble head night tonight

Has to be kOna on twitter

Nope
