They were broke and didn’t want to pay one player such a large percentage of their budget. There wasn’t enough outcry about them bragging how they’d spend the Robert money. They should have been able to spend more in the first place.

He’s the definition of a slap hitter. He’s not even AAA. Getz has simply no idea how to scout professional talent, and it’s mind blowing how some people defend him.
