  1. Wow, terrible by Beckham. Hawk of course takes it easy on him
  2. Holy cow, that's as bad of a call you will see on a strike
  3. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jun 26, 2014 -> 03:41 AM) Pino from the Twins let up 5 runs in 3 innings to the Angels. I swear someone posted he would let up 5+ runs his next start after shutting us down I think everyone did after how awful his stuff looked
  4. It's amazing Sierra has stayed in the majors as long as he has this year
  5. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 26, 2014 -> 03:36 AM) I'm pretty sure it was a hit and run instead of a straight steal, but I'd have to watch the highlight. Showalter would know, obviously. It was 3-2 pitch
  6. Walking the struggling Davis to get to their RBI man??
  7. Gillaspie lacks the quickness required to play 2nd
  8. Petricka fastball only at 92? I disagree with the announcers saying he has great stuff
  9. Alexei is just awful right now. Some terrible announcing that inning by Hawk and Stone.
  10. QUOTE (winninguglyin83 @ Jun 26, 2014 -> 02:55 AM) Isn't Hahn in Baltimore? Just wonder if the Chairman will eat another contract, after eating Keppinger's? I don't care what they do with him this year, as long as they don't let his option vest for next year.
  11. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 26, 2014 -> 02:53 AM) No, it is bad pitching So true, it's not like the Orioles are doing damage on tough pitches. Downs got away with some hangers that made Hawk laugh.
  12. Thing is, I have no clue what Hahn can do to fix this bullpen. The Charlotte bullpen is as bad as you will see. I wonder if they would consider Surkamp or Heath in the pen?
  13. They have got to release Downs soon. I really wish they trusted Putnam more.
  14. If the reports on Franklin's defense at SS have been strong when the Sox have scouted him, then I'd be all for the Sox getting him in a trade. He has a much higher ceiling on offense than any of the middle infielders (besides Tim Anderson).
  15. Thanks Hamilton. Such a fun player to watch
  16. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 25, 2014 -> 03:19 AM) He really has seemed to finally figure it out. Although surprisingly he is already 28, he will be an old man by the time the Cubs contend again. His stuff has been filthy tonight. Just struck out the side in 6th.
  17. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 25, 2014 -> 02:11 AM) Why must it be demonstrated repeatedly beyond a shadow of a doubt that Belisario shouldn't close? Even if he gets this save, this is just not acceptable for 9th inning Stubborn coaching staff
