Gillaspie seems to be standing way too far off the plate. Also, Flowers got a meatball to hit and couldn't do anything with it. This lineup is incredibly awful.

This strike zone would make Greg Maddux and Livan Hernandez happy. Hopefully our hitters adjust to it.

I mentioned this last night, but the most realistic acquisition would be Casper Wells. He was DFA'd 4 days ago, and would provide a much needed righty bat in the outfield if Viciedo is out.

That was quick...hopefully Viciedo is ok 3-7 road trip and possibly losing two of the guys you most wanted to see develop this year for an extended period.

To me, the Sox have got to try to acquire Casper Wells. Pretty much a no-brainer to me.
