People probably remember him from the near no-hitter, but he's been pretty bad this season. His velocity is down, and he's benefitted from pitching in a ton of home games where the wind was blowing in.

sf1, Pistons are going to be re-signing Bynum in the next few days. Sounds like Wade talked his buddy into waiting to see if the Heat would have cap room, but they won't.

Thing is, most relievers do not hold on runners very well (especially righties). It's not like we're talking about situations with Terry Mulholland or Andy Pettitte on the mound. There's no excuse to be bunting Pierre into 2nd and basically taking the bat out of the hands of Rios.

Best scene on TV all summer is Brooklyn Decker at the ESPYs.

Q. Richardson is terrible now. He shoots a ton of 3 pointers, and does nothing else. I'd rather have Korver/Redick.
