  1. Having Jenks throw that one pitch to Span is one of the dumbest f***ing decisions I've ever seen. What was Ozzie trying to get out of it? All it did was put Jenks in a situation where he couldn't throw a hard hook due to fear of the wild pitch scoring the runner from 3rd base. If you saw his two curves to Casilla, they were both get me overs. I can't wait for a new version of the White Sox in 2009. 2005 was great and all, but that ship has f***ing sailed.
  2. Casilla hits a lot of balls in the 1st and 2nd base hole. Ramirez really needs to move over more.
  3. f*** YOU OZZIE! If you're going to walk him so easily, then why even have Jenks throw a pitch?
  4. There's no reason to pitch to Span here. His run doesn't mean anything.
  5. Thinking back on it, that run we gave them cause Griffey was in CF in the 1st inning hurts.
  6. A homer here would give Gomez quite the cycle.
  7. Shouldn't it be 1-2 on Punto? BTW, feel free to catch the ball AJP.
  8. QUOTE (TheBlackSox8 @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 03:18 AM) I feel sorry for CQ. Just think how he feels watching this from the bullpen Screw that...he f***ed this team.
  9. QUOTE (rangercal @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 03:18 AM) Q traded? Crazy. I agree if you meant Dye-Thome-Konerko Haha...of course I didn't mean Quentin.
  10. I'd be content if the 3-4-5 are all gone next year. Get a little value for them, and totally restructure this team.
  11. Fantastic at bat....work the count to take a 2-0, and then take it in the rear the next 3 pitches.
  12. I'll be honest, I thought for sure Thome would hit a bomb into the upper tank in right field this series.
  13. "MAN" is right Hawk....I finally agree with you.
  14. QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 04:07 AM) This would easily be our most painful loss since Carlos Guillen layed down a squeeze in the 2000 postseason. You can blame the damn umpires if you want, but the offense was handed the majority of the 6 runs we scored in the 4th by the Twins and has been silent since. You knew we were going to blow this after we blew chances for more in the 6th and 7th. It was like we were waiting for them to catch up. If they lose this, the part that will keep me up tonight is how we didn't throw an 0-2 hook to either Gomez or Span.
  15. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 04:05 AM) how many hits since the 4th? 2, I believe
  16. QUOTE (GreatScott82 @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 04:05 AM) i hate how this umpire is dictating the entire series! i know the Sox had more oppurtunities but come on. blow 3 calls in this game, 1 easy ass call yesterday that costed us the game. if this guy doesn't lose his job, then f*** Selig!! Let's not use the umpires though as an excuse. There's no reason the Sox couldn't win this game in 9 innings. Why was Swisher even thinking of swinging at that pitch?
  17. QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 04:04 AM) that was a f***ing miserable call, wasn't even very close, changed the whole complexion of the inning Agreed, especially with Wise being our best bunter.
  18. Gomez didn't have to dive for that. I hope he gets a rug burn on his little dick.
  19. QUOTE (Brian @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 03:02 AM) Game's fixed. If it is, then AJP is in on it.
  20. Hey...0-5 from Wise. Brilliant call to play him tonight.
  21. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 26, 2008 -> 03:00 AM) Way to swing at a pitch over your head Scratch that....the 3rd base umpire f***ing sucks.
