Listened to a bit of Hit and Run this morning. Sox fans are more pissed than I’ve ever heard them. Great to hear, but it still shocks me every time someone says Hahn isn’t part of the problem. He might have the greatest publicist ever.
  2. Their execution by their top 5 in the order was amazing in the 8th against a filthy pitcher.
  3. It’s still so crazy to me that he didn’t address their inability to hit RHP. It was a big focus during the series against the Astros….and then we get Leury, Harrison and Pollock.
  4. He said even he knows that hot chicks love guys that pull home runs
  5. You couldn’t pay me to go to these games
  6. I honestly would love to see what happens with the fans if they lose the first 8 games of this home stand
  7. He’s a cancer on the organization. Hahn and him are just the tag team champions of suck
  8. I’m not advocating for injuries, but I liked Leury more when he was injured
  9. Yep, so many similarities. Injuries to key players, inability to sign marquee free agents, overpaying for past their peak veterans, etc.
  10. And the problem is there was so much damage done to the Bulls that it’s made it almost an impossible situation for the new guys to make them a title contender.
  11. Welcome to rooting for them to lose out
  12. Think about it, no one under 40 or so cares what Tony did for the Sox in the 80s. All he’s going to be remembered for in Chicago now is the complete disaster his second tenure was.
  13. Kelly ERA now at 7.00
  14. So including this past offseason and the deadline, Hahn has added about 40 million on the books for next year with the following players: Graveman, Kelly, Pollock, Diekman, Leury It’s hard to do a worse job than he did at the 21 trade deadline, but he found a way to do it. Fire this clown!
  15. Him and Leury are two of the worst signings imaginable. Can’t believe how many of these terrible assholes are locked up for next year. Hahn couldn’t suck more at this job.
  16. Joe Kelly, you absolutely suck. Please retire
  17. Ha just turned it on to see more warning track power to the opposite field.
  18. Romy hits the ball pretty hard. I think a new hitting coach could give him legit game power.
  19. Exactly, that’s why it can’t be used as an excuse. Injury prone players and an organization that doesn’t know how to keep guys healthy. I only pointed out the injuries because of the diminished skills across the board for so many guys.
  20. Problem was they weren’t even playing good during that winning streak. Offense just hasn’t been there basically from start to finish. The injuries have decimated the team as well.
  21. WHIP near 2.50 as a Sox. Surely he deserves about 4 million next year.
  22. Diekman was a wonderful addition. Always happy to see how great Hahn does at the deadline.
  23. I see they had a nice 5 pitch inning. This lineup missed Leury big time.
  24. Absolutely no reason to have Anderson and Kopech play again this season. If Kopech needs knee surgery, get it over with now.
