Good job by Vizcaino. I want to see the Juan Uribe of 2004 back. The same guy who would throw rockets over to first base and hit the ball hard on a consistent basis (he wouldn't be the first MLB player to stop working hard after receiving a big guaranteed contract).

Carl Everett has absolutely no chance to steal a base. With 2 outs, there's a better chance that he'll score from first on an extra base hit than to be safe on a straight steal.

Konerko's getting the day off tomorrow. Him and Dye seem to be swinging a toothpick at the plate right now.

This would be a great time for Konerko to get a hold of one. He's been taking too many quality pitches lately.
