I still feel like this team misses Burger’s bat (DH?). He has tons of flaws, but he single-handedly won this team a few games. That’s a lot more than I can say for some of these “stars”.

It’s easy to pitch to the Sox. Throw fastballs down the middle and at worst, it’s a single. How many times this year have they gone 3 games in a row without a homer?

I don’t enjoy them at all, especially when you take into account how Stoney treats the fans.

Or they’re just incredibly overrated. Grandal has gotten some cheap hits but he looks to have the power of McGuire now.

And people are going to miss these guys if there’s a new crew next year?
