  1. All we're seeing now are non US citizens and highschoolers getting drafted.
  2. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jun 28, 2005 -> 09:52 PM) HUGE reach for ORL IMO I agree. He's one of those college players and I just don't think he'll be that good.
  3. Damn Twins. I hate them so much as we all do I'm sure. The Royals just can't keep a lead.
  4. The Jazz wasted a draft pick. Not very happy about that.
  5. Two high schoolers in a row in the 2nd round. Not very common.
  6. I wanted the Jazz to get Turiaf. Dangit.
  7. At one time he could dunk and a 12 foot hoop. I'm guessing he can't anymore but I'm sure he'll do a great job as the player's representative.
  8. Now we're startying to get to the players I've never heard out that played in the NCAA.
  9. QUOTE(Spiff @ Jun 28, 2005 -> 09:38 PM) Daniel Ewing = gigantic nostrils. lol Daniel Ewing, Patrick Ewing, must be a Ewing thing.
  10. Clippers pick Daniel Ewing. Duke's had a reputation of not having a lot of steller NBA players, with that reputation and with the Clippers drafting, that doesn't look good for Ewing.
  11. QUOTE(chi-guy2 @ Jun 28, 2005 -> 09:35 PM) 2nd round first pick, atlanta selects salim stoudamire what a f***ing steal yeah, too bad he's stuck in Atlanta.
  12. With the start of the 2nd round, the Hawks pick Salim Stoudimire. Once again I forgot about him, this is a deep draft.
  13. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jun 28, 2005 -> 09:32 PM) Remember also that suddenly the fan vote is turning sane this season. Nomar dropped to third place at SS. Teixiera is now leading at 1B. Ichiro is dropping in voting and Damon is gaining. Carlos Beltran is dropping and Miguel Cabrera is gaining. That's the way it should be on all 4.
  14. I knew they were saying this draft is deep, but now I finally believe them. Every team towards the end keeps picking good players with great potential.
  15. haha I bet we get just 2 All-Stars. Mark and Jon.
  16. I'm hoping Turiaf stays until Utah picks at 34.
  17. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Jun 28, 2005 -> 09:10 PM) ...and he's had previous expierence playing with a group of thugs in Cincinnati. lol I remember him playing against Iowa, he went wild that day in the Tournament.
  18. Winning the 2-1 game feels so great.
  19. Hopefully I'm as happy as you guys are next year. I think he'll have a great future with Utah.
  20. Wow, the Northwest Division is really trade friendly with each other so far. Utah and Portland already traded and Portland is talking to Denver and Seattle about some draft pick trades.
  21. There's your other Fighting Illini, going to the Rockets. 1/4 of the draft as of now were playing in the NCAA Champinship, pretty good.
  22. I think both Jack and Garcia are nice picks and should help both teams.
