  1. QUOTE(RockRaines @ May 12, 2005 -> 01:38 PM) In other countries, they expose skin alot more freely than they do here. Sex is alot less offensive in Europe and girls in south america bear alot of skin on a daily basis. Mostly its because our country has alot of extremely religious people who make a huge stink about it. Well yeah, but everyone knows if that happened in this country it would be a huge controversy. As the movie Eurotrip says, America was founded by prudes.
  2. I'm wondering too, but if it is true, get well soon David.

    hahahaha PETA sucks hahahaha
  4. I don't want the Sox to have national media attention. He just pisses me off totally changing sides especially when we're off to a good start.
  5. Yeah I thought he picked the Sox to win the division. What an idiot. He says Chicago is the 3rd largest city in North America. Hey dumbass, Mexico City is the largest in North America, followed by New York and Los Angeles. Chicago is the 3rd largest city in the USA. There could even be more Mexican cities larger than Chicago or Los Angeles, I don't know for sure.
  6. I'm all for having him hear if he wants to come.
  7. BJ was my favorite player on the Bulls. He will also always be an Iowa Hawkeye. Come back and be coach for the Hawks.....(wishful thinking)
  8. Very lucky indeed.
  9. Not counting the Twins, this is the biggest series of the year. 4 game set with the top 2 teams record wise in baseball. Let's go White Sox.
  10. Wow, that's not even close. Terrible.
  11. I rip ESPN whether it's good or bad for the most part. I'm glad to see us in the top spot, but I'm very supersticious and also know that the only direction we can go is down. Which is ok, but when we have a losing streak, ESPN will be all over us. That's what I can't stand about them.
  12. Don't mind him getting signed at all.
  13. QUOTE(Cy Garland @ May 11, 2005 -> 10:22 PM) Does timo even qualify as a hitter? lol I guess he does, only because he has a 2 HR's I believe.
  14. lol I think I've heard it all now....
  15. Everyone agrees, better hitting against lefties will raise the average.
  16. Idk what it is, but Orlando Hernandez certainly is it.
  17. lol that guy is a happy man
  18. QUOTE(upnorthsox @ May 9, 2005 -> 03:16 PM) Uhm, make that the last 3. Yeah so I forgot about it, oh well. But we don't really need to be talking about the best starts anymore. I hate having a 2 game losing streak or even longer ones.
  19. QUOTE(Leonard Zelig @ May 10, 2005 -> 10:04 PM) Do you think this will end up burning the Sox even worse in the future? When we see that ump crew again. Probably, umps are human, not robots. They'll hold grudges.
  20. As of now just because we lost 2 in a row doesn't mean we need to trade for another hitter. We still have Frank getting ready to return. Whether that'll help or hurt, who knows. But I know one thing, this team has gone out and gotten players in the middle of the season looking like an improvement at first, but still lose to the Twins anyways.
  21. I'm not trying to make excuses here. But teams like Tampa Bay just irritate me. They play the Yankees very well and sweep them. Then they seem to keel over and die against the Twins, then they play the White Sox tough. That just frustrates me.
  22. lol man guys, idk what it is, but I do like what I see the more I see it.
