Big Jurassic, a lot of people say the rest of the schedule favors us. The Twins' next 10 games are against Boston, Oak. and Anahein, all with winning records and all at Minn. We face the Tigers and Royals on the road and Cleveland at home. Only Cleveland is above .500. What do you think will happen in these next 10 games?

I think Ozzie and his staff need to get together and try to figure out what is was they were doing in March, April and May. If you recall, we saw good fundamentals, agressive but intelligent base running and solid defense. We're dealing with mostly the same group of guys. How are they suddenly unable to get it done? Something in the routine or preparation is not the same. I also agree they need to relax and react, no think so much. Let the things that they know about the game happen naturally, instead of pressing and trying to force them.

It would almost be worth losing the revenue, just to able to say 'nope, go play in Milwaukee'.

El Caballo, at the Cell, at certain box office windows only, there is a small sign which reads that the Sox will be playing the Phillies on Monday, August 2nd at 1:05. Half price and a day game, 2 good reasons to ditch work. I have not seen or heard this anywhere else, which is kind of strange to me. What's the big secret? I thought the goal was to actually SELL ticktes. Anyone else seen these signs?

Hi, I'm kinda new here. I suppose a white flag is possible, but it would make KW look really silly. He traded away a big part of the farm in the past 2 years, just to pull the plug now and STILL not have the farm system? He's come too far for that, he has no choice but to ride it out. I believe if Frank and Maggs were healthy, KW would have sold the entire farm system for RJ and made a huge push for the WS. This team was built for this year, all or nothing.

Illini, thx for the welcome. I think even with RJ, we'd turn into the other * cough, cough* Chicago team. No lead off guy, inconsistent offense, too many boneheaded moves on the bases and on defense. I think we'd see a lot of low scoring, one run losses. We've lost our top 2 hitters, our priority should be a bat.
