However, I will cringe if I hear Hawk and DJ say that this could easily be the 3rd World Series title for Ozzie if not for the injuries to Maggs, Frank, and now Quentin. With or without him we're in a good position to win the division. Most of us thought we aren't WS contender even with Quentin. Pitching , defense and timely hitting goes a long way. All we needed was a double in a key situation like Overbay got. We have plenty of hitters who are capable . Doesn't even have to be a hitter who steps up. If Richard pitches a good 2nd game we split.
