  1. I've alluded to it twice, but no one paid attention, ...so, I'll just come out and say it. I think it's time to send Neal down to Charlotte to work on getting streched out and some work on another pitch, bringing Walker up the big-leauge level.
  2. If Rowand had a little more muscle into it, that runner was dead. EDIT: Sorry Aaron, it hit the mound. Nothing you can do about that.
  3. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ May 4, 2005 -> 07:57 PM) And who exactly would our long man be if Wunsch was in our bullpen rather than Cotts?
  4. Anyone else for sending Neal down to Charlotte, perhaps in hopes of streching him out. Let's get Walker up.
  5. This pitching change brought to you by the Gedney Pickle Company, celebrating 125 years of quality pickles. I'm loving this KC broadcast.
  6. Garcia with 78 pitches through 5. Here's hoping he gets through 8.
  7. QUOTE(Mr. Showtime @ May 4, 2005 -> 07:13 PM) SOB. I've missed both Sox home runs tonight, man, I wanna hear it... Can't get enough UH-OH!!! We actually have a meeting coming up next Tuesday in the Lincoln Hall theatre.
  8. QUOTE(fathom @ May 4, 2005 -> 07:12 PM) Put me on the bandwagon for DJ's homer call. You're in.
  9. BOMB!!!! Ye-Ha!!!! The new Sox are producing!!! UH-OHHHHHHH
  10. Welcome to the party Jermaine! Sox have the ML record!
  11. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:58 PM) I want in your fan club. Right-on! Keep em' Coming!
  12. The Royals broadcast music is so dynamic. I feel like I'm watching a secret agent movie.
  13. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:52 PM) Man, we should just trade for Sweeney and put him on the bench if need be, as long as we dont have to face him. ...I think that was the line-of-thinking bringing Jermaine in. Dude killed us.
  14. QUOTE(El Piervizdyeguchansodnik @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:50 PM) Respectfully disagree. Fair enough. We need more of that at Soxtalk, you grizzled old vetran, you.
  15. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:50 PM) It's almost time to walk him intentionally. Lucky I played him in my fantasy team today, although I didn't have much of a choice with Jim Thome going on the DL. Yeah, I'll walk him alright. I'll walk him up and tight.
  16. QUOTE(El Piervizdyeguchansodnik @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:49 PM) AJ needs to step up on his defense. This is getting old. He's been stellar thus far. Better than advertised.
  17. Cool stat by the Royals broadcast: Everett accounts for 22% of the Sox rbi's thus far.
  18. Thank you Mr. Uribe. Great play and an ever better play by Aaron.
  19. QUOTE(fathom @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:43 PM) Good play by Rowand there to save a triple. Does it seem to anyone else that Garcia doesn't use his little changeup/splitter much anymore? I remembered him throwing a lot more of that pitch last season when we first got him. IIRC, that is his out pitch, yes?
  20. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:42 PM) BOOOOOOOOO Thank you, thank you. I'll be here all week. Gosh, that was bad.
  21. QUOTE(El Piervizdyeguchansodnik @ May 4, 2005 -> 06:40 PM) That ball AJ hit had RBI written all over it. and Rawlings.
