I too placed my order monday online and also emaile, and called my rep. I just got a call from him saying I am all good. Two tickets each game and season for next year. I went with club level and he culd'nt tell me where anything will be. He did not even know i filled out the online form. Also my wife threw me a party for my Bday in the patio. One of my friends lost two of the tickets and it was the sold out NY sun game. My rep found my wife two tickets and saved the day. I did'nt have the heart to tell her that the same rep called me earler in the week and blew the suprise by calling to confirm the party. When he called me today he remembered I did'nt tell on him and said he would take care of me........he did!!!

I was also on hold yesterday for an hour. Then a 5:00,I got a recording telling me that they are now closed. So let me get this right....You have not been to the WS in 46 years,people are going crazy for tickets and no one can work past 5:oo. I had a weekend package this year. I just dont understand why they would'nt contact people like myself,that have bought something before. They instead release the info to everyone,and I get screwed. I just don't see the harm in giving the people that have been loyal to you a chance before anyone else!

I got club also! I also got the same massage everyone else did. I wanted lower reserved,but there was no option.
