  1. willie should do just fine. no need at all to pick up cora, maybe cairo. his numbers seem to be pretty good. although it seems like we are turning into the yankees, except not as good. i really think that if willie gets consistent PT at 2B, he does well at the plate. now if the baserunning could just develop...
  2. are you talking about moving the entire side of the stadium? i'm confused. if so, that would mean moving back the bleachers, scoreboard, concourse, etc.; a multi-million dollar project.
  3. it seems to me like cora would not be that much of an improvement on willie. on the other hand eck should be more versatile, while brining leadership and experience. he has a ring, right? i just don't see any reason why we would pursue cora if we've already got willie. aren't their stats pretty close?
  4. i agree, especially now that we have a few guys that should really be able to eat up some innings after the duke leaves in the 5th or 6th. hermanson should be good insurance for him.
  5. rowand has been solid for years now. last year was just the first time he has had any PT to speak of. give him the contract now before the value goes too much higher next year.
  6. it's a tough one. i think we have the best chance to win from day to day, but 2 days a week the twinks will have the advantage over most opponents.
