I just heard Derek Lee and Busty's quotes on ESPN 1000. Derek Lee said it was his fault he listened to an opposing team's player. He said he wouldn't fall for that kind of thing again. He never said it was a dirty or cheap play however. Of course, Busty cried about it and said that it was poor gamesmanship by Uribe. The funny thing is that there were 2 outs so Lee should have been running regardless.

There were 2 sources that said it, NorthSideBaseball.com (a reputable Flubs site) and the Cubs MLB.com message board. I guess CLTV was saying over the weekend that Corey Patterson could be traded as soon as the All-Star break.

Agreed. The Brewers aren't going to give up Mike Adams to get LaTroy Hawkins. Adams has been better and doesn't have a big contract like Hawkins.

That's great but it isn't going to happen now. Not with the Brewers ahead of the Cubs in the standings. By the way, I never heard any rumors of the Brewers wanting LaTroy Hawkins in the offseason.

Why would two teams in the same division that are very close to each other in the standings make a trade with each other? Not gonna happen.

Wow, if Hendry traded Dubois OR Patterson, a reliever, and 2 prospects for those two guys, Flubs fans would be jumping off rooftops. Higginson is currently on the DL for the Tigers so I don't see that trade happening.

Are you serious? Look at his game log. In 17 outings, Vizcaino has given up a run or more in 9 of them. That is awful.

Yeah, let's forget about all those other games that Vizcaino has sucked in this season. Vizcaino's ERA isn't 6.55 just because of yesterday's game or that game against Cleveland earlier in the season. He has been consistently s***ting himself on the mound.
