  1. awesome to see Boston dethroned! Good Job Orlando!
  2. He's a moron. I even recall President Obama rooting for Pittsburgh.
  3. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 17, 2009 -> 03:55 PM) Excellent first period on the road against the Champs. 1-1 after one. Unfortunately Bulin let in a pretty bad goal, but we'll take it. I don't know if I would call it excellent. They are out shooting us by almost a 2-1 margin.
  4. QUOTE (WilliamTell @ May 15, 2009 -> 02:12 PM) I remember I was playing NBA Action 95 or something and always kept Wayman Tisdale in the game because I liked his name. RIP.
  5. QUOTE (JPN366 @ May 14, 2009 -> 04:00 PM) So, trade them Lillibridge when Brian Anderson is activated? It could be for a PTBNL. BOBTBNL Bag of Baseballs to be named later. I don't think we can get a bag of bats for him.... http://www.firegeezer.com/2008/05/24/baseb...-a-bag-of-bats/
  6. QUOTE (dasox24 @ May 14, 2009 -> 11:15 PM) If the NBA,NHL,NFL and MLB truly tested randomly for marijuana, there would be quite a few failed drug tests. fixed. you can probably add many other professions to that list too.
  7. NSFW http://www.index.hr/xmag/clanak/divlja-str...jak/433756.aspx Weed and and a beautiful woman. Enjoy the off-season, Joakim! You deserve it.
  8. QUOTE (Jim Spencer @ May 13, 2009 -> 09:40 PM) They're Dead 6-2 you're right
  9. QUOTE (BobDylan @ May 13, 2009 -> 10:05 PM) He's a bust. Nothing will change my mind. Not even 120 RBI's. That would change my mind, but what do I know?
  10. QUOTE (T R U @ May 12, 2009 -> 11:00 PM) Orlando deserves to lose They have barely been able to keep sizable leads with little time remaining all playoffs. They need to pull their head out of their ass and finish games. no heart
  11. QUOTE (knightni @ May 12, 2009 -> 02:36 PM) That is one of the stupidest songs that I've ever heard... Doo doo doo, doo doo doo Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo Doo doo doo, doo doo doo Doo doo doo doo doo Doo doo doo, doo doo doo Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo Doo doo doo, doo doo doo Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo
  12. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 12, 2009 -> 01:47 AM) Mine was more detailed. I put more time in actually providing facts in my argument. I'm feeling kind lazy right now.
  13. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 12, 2009 -> 01:42 AM) It's kind of a unique situation. I was a pretty huge Blackhawks fan up until the strike. I used to watch them in the Amonte/Nylander/Zhamnov/Thibault/Daze days and it was rough. Then I got older and the Hawks sucked, they weren't on TV, and the NHL was losing the greats that lured me in (Patrick Roy, Raymond Bourque) and my interest waned. Since the day the Hawks drafted Kane, my interest has gone up and up, and now being able to watch them on TV every game really makes it easier to be a fan again. There is a lot to be excited about. lol on having similar posts
  14. QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ May 12, 2009 -> 01:26 AM) I really am hating how the blackhawks have a huge following now. It's almost like they are the Cubs or something. I had maybe met like 2 blackhawks fans in my life until this year. Now everyone loves hockey. It's great for the true fans, but people that are jumping on the bandwagon make me want to rip my hair out. I see it different with the Hawks. The way Bill Wirtz handled the organization alienated many potential fans. Now the Hawks are on TV, have a nice young core and are winning. So many variables should make this hawk's situation unique.
  15. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 11, 2009 -> 11:39 PM) Were they chanting "We Want the Ducks" after Kane's 3rd goal? I thought it was "Detroit Sucks".
  16. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 11, 2009 -> 10:29 PM) I'll get back to this soon enough. I'm just really lazy right now.
  17. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 11, 2009 -> 10:23 PM) I agree, and I apologize if I wasted your time or whatever. Don't jump down my throat or anything. I wasn't wrong anyway, so ya. you are until you prove otherwise.
  18. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 11, 2009 -> 10:13 PM) Sorry to disappoint. I'm feeling lazy. Wasn't ever really looking for a debate, just a statement that I stand by behind. IMO, Carmelo had the better rookie year, but Lebron has been better since. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a lengthy debate either, especially since the 1st line in your post read "I didn't want to take the bait..." If you make a strong statement where you are wrong, you should be prepared to back it up. That's all.
  19. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 11, 2009 -> 09:26 PM) You're argument was great up until that point. It REALLY soured on me with that statement. What the hell does that mean? Is it Carmelo's fault he decided to go to college instead of come out right away? You said 6 months is a big difference, which is a broad statement. Be more specific. You should have said (which was obvious, no doubt) that a year of college really paid off for Carmelo where as Lebron was coming straight out of high school. I put an effort to bring up facts and you nit pick on one statement. There is no value in this debate from my end. The only reason I took the time was because you have a good history of quality posts. I really thought you would come back with a little more substance.
  20. Kind of disappointing that you would look over my post filled with facts and try to s*** on it with one sentence. I thought you were better than that.
