You dont need to be that deep in cbb, so making some room isnt all that horrible as long as you sign back to back good classes. I've seen us hurt by it a bit if the players dont develop as fast as you like.

GR is a beautiful city, the property value is decent but you can get alot for your money. Invest in a snowblower.
