QUOTE(103 mph screwball @ May 6, 2005 -> 03:17 PM) Sign him. He doesn't seem like the type who would change his attitude after signing a long term. Besides, I want to buy a jersey with his name on it and I don't want it to be obsolete in 6 months. I already orderd my Pierzynski Jersy

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 29, 2005 -> 09:13 AM) Why? It is a perfect fit if you think about. The Cubs desperately need a SS, and they have great minor league pitching. The Phillies would love to unload his salary for anything you can get. They don't need a SS... perez is working fine... what they NEED is a bullpen(closer) so i don't see this guy goin to the scrubs anytime this year.
  10. I'll be there, 3rd row babeh's
  11. the guy's a freakin moron... I was watching a sox - tiger's game the other day and the aflac trivia question was "when was the last time the Detroit Tigers had a winning season?" I'd rather see a team win all season then having to guess when the last time they finished above .500 is. His reasoning for the Browns is because the snuck into the playoffs and lost. Anyone remember the bears doing that? There's so many other reasons and teams that could be compared, it's just that this blog should never have been writen. There's too many teams, and too many different opinions on which teams it sucks being a fan for. Maybe being a fan of this guy's writing could possibly be the worst?
  12. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Apr 27, 2005 -> 04:20 PM) It's not just you, they all suck. :fyou UMPS That was the most piss poor job I've ever seen in my 23 years of life. Absolutely HORRIBLE. These guys should be ashamed to cash their paychecks. These guys get paid? My friend does a better job umpiring little league games.
  13. So true. Sad, but true. Instead of a HR team, we're a pitching/HR team at least
  14. Yah, we really don't need any new people for the pen, especially since our pen is fine and when the pitchers come around and get their control down it will be Dominatrix. Plus, in order to get new people for the pen we'd have to trade someone, and there's noone right now that's worth giving up to improve an already fine bullpen. Uribe's allright, but if we could improve our Defense at Short or trade for a better 3rd basemen I'd much rather go with that.
  15. QUOTE(That funky motion @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 04:09 PM) Put Carl at third! Bench Crede! or put frank on 3rd as a funny joke
  16. AL East: Yankees AL Central: AL West: Angels NL East: Braves NL Central: Cubs NL West: Goin out on a limb and sayin Diamondbacks It'll be worth it to see the Cubs make it to the world series because I conclude my prediction in saying: Sox over Cubs 4games - 2games in the World Series
