I can understand guys not being available. I can’t understand a guy not being able to go for 4-5 days and not being put on the IL. You can’t have 2 guys out for working yesterday and 2 guys injured, one for a week, and not being up another arm.

If Hendriks and Bummer are both unavailable due to injury then you absolutely needed to put Bummer on the IL and get another warm body on this roster.

Lopez and Graveman I totally get, lots of work yesterday. Hendriks only threw 15 pitches yesterday so not sure why he isn’t available. Foster and Ruiz have been used heavily but both had yesterday off. Bummer hasn’t pitched in 5 days so either he’s hurt and they’re being idiots not putting him on the IL or LaRussa is saving him for something?
