Politicians routinely call out the SCOTUS. Just think of Roe v Wade as a perfect example. The SCOTUS is supposed to an independent, apolitcal branch of government.

Why even make a non 3G with 16GB? What a useless piece of crap. What can that store? 1 video game and 3 HD movies?

Not sure why they decided that 8" floppy disks would be a good idea for this device.
