QUOTE (BobDylan @ May 2, 2009 -> 12:45 AM) Very different movies. I loved Changeling and thought Jolie was good. Frost/Nixon isn't anywhere near as emotional, but Langella puts on one hell of a performance as Nixon. I don't think you can go wrong with either movie. But I'm partial to Changeling, and I thought that was the best movie from last year. Watched Changeling last night with the Mrs and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. I kept thinking the guy who played her attorney was current Senator Rockefeller but IMDB proved me wrong.

I am truly shocked that he didn't lead off with Pods.

Podsednik/Nix Recalled, Anderson to DL, Owens Demoted
Judging by Ozzie's misuse of Betemit with regards to righty/lefty matchups I'm sure he'll drop the ball with Getz as well.

Podsednik/Nix Recalled, Anderson to DL, Owens Demoted
QUOTE (witesoxfan @ May 1, 2009 -> 01:23 PM) If Podsednik is the backup right now, who starts? Lillibridge? I'd almost rather put no one out there. I suggest we play no one in CF and our 9th fielder will be Matt Thornton standing behind AJ. When someone tries to steal AJ can flip the ball to Matt to throw the runner out at 2nd.

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 1, 2009 -> 12:47 PM) I just want to add that Brad Miller is the biggest wigger in the universe. Not even close. And what's up with this Scalabrine guy? He looks like he should be installing satellite dishes.

Wolverine looks awful. There's isn't a single moment in the preview that made me think "I've got to see that!".

QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ May 1, 2009 -> 08:55 AM) I could not get over how bad of a coach VDN is. The inbouds plays had no creativity at all. ^^^ Admittedly I haven't watched much Bulls this year but does he even draw up anything for inbound plays? Seems like they're just playing a pick up game.

If Pods gets recalled, will Fields change his #?
QUOTE (Kalapse @ Apr 30, 2009 -> 04:11 PM) I don't know why but something about our starting 3B possibly giving up his number to a guy who was just signed to a minor league contract 2 weeks ago and hasn't done anything of note in the big leagues since 2005 rubs me the wrong way. I'm sure Josh will give up his number, I don't think he has much of a choice, that's a tough position to be in for a young ballplayer. agree with all of the above

KC bullpen looking a little shaky right now. Hopefully they bring in Farnsworth to blow the lead.

Fields should retire let alone give up his number.
