  5. QUOTE(jphat007 @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 05:33 PM) Yah, but if we win 1, the Yanks lose 1, and Boston wins the series this weekend there is a playin game too I think. Doesn't seem too out of whack. If we only win 1 though, f*** it, I don't want to go. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lets just say that balt will find a way to give the game to the yankees tonight...

  8. QUOTE(fathom @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 10:34 AM) 2-0 Red Sox in the 2nd. Do these teams ever lose? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> no. now is the time of the year to start killing em....i have been using this offshore book for about 6 years now.... www.sportingbetusa.com
  9. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 09:23 AM) There ain't nothing miraculous about it. This kid can pitch. He should have beaten the Tigers earlier this year in a game that he came out of...and that was before he found his missing changeup. If Brandon is on...these guys are toast. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wonder if that toast would require us getting out of any jams.....hmmmm
  10. QUOTE(The Ginger Kid @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 09:23 AM) Robertson is a lefty and his ERA is lower than Johnson who held the sox to 3 runs last night. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Interesting because i copied and pasted that info from yahoo preview. You mean I cant even copy & paste correctly? Yikes! oops up side my head....! Maybe he is a switch pitcher...ha
  11. Nate Robertson (6-15, 4.52 ERA). The right-hander has lost five straight starts and is 1-8 in his last 11 outings. Robertson's latest defeat was a 4-2 setback at Kansas City on Tuesday. He allowed four runs and six hits, including two home runs, over seven innings. He has surrendered at least one home run in 12 of his last 13 starts, yielding 21 total during that span. Robertson is 1-2 with a 3.76 ERA in four starts this season against the White Sox.

  15. QUOTE(CYGarland @ Sep 26, 2005 -> 06:15 PM) Ozzie is HORRIBLE <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ozzie is a pretty good manager. If Spurling is such a good pitcher why didn't he start the 8th? If anything Trammel is an absolute blowhard!
