He is right. THehe last 10 years, the AL has been more a power hitting league, living on the HR, and for good reason considering the DH. The Sox, especially on paper, have transitioned themselves to be small ball, run and gun NL STYLE team.

No he is not right the AL hasn't lived on the home run! The team who usually wins the world series every year is solid up the middle, plays good defense, and has an exceptional pitching staff with timely hitting and a little luck. The is irrespective of the league they play in..
Thanks to GM kenny williams and the scouts the whitesox have build a solid starting rotation, have improved up the middle, have build a respectable bullpen with equal amount of lefties & righties, have decent speed, still can't bunt that well, have improved the lefties on the bench, move runners over, and can score without getting a hit.
