Good God do I adore NBA 2k13.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 09:51 AM) He's better at running an offense then Nate. Nate was terrible at times yesterday. Being better at running an offense than Nate Robinson is quite an awful qualifier. Kirk dribbles down the shot clock like a dick, but he should be better than he was last night on most nights. He was rusty due to the groin injury. The Bulls are going to be a 5-7 seed without Rose. That should be fun to watch - I enjoyed the game last night despite the extreme lack of players that are exciting. They need to get Taj more minutes, and they should with Asik gone. I see no reason why he can't get 25-30mpg playing PF and C in today's NBA, but he only had 19 last night after averaging 20 last year.

Honestly, with NBA TV I just can't justify any version of League Pass (though, I just looked at it and that 5-team is a ripoff). Why would you pay $26.99 per month for 5 teams when you could pay $39.99 for all teams? Or pay $0 and watch NBA TV? Seriously, don't waste your money on that stuff. Unless you have the world's worst cable package, you get NBA TV. That means every night you get games or NBA Gametime. Then ESPN does their NBA Coast to Coast on other nights. NBA Gametime (NBA TV) - live lookins to games around the league, basically NFL RedZone for NBA fans. NBA Coast to Coast (ESPN/ESPN2) - same as above. Tuesday and Thursday nights - NBA on TNT Wednesday and Friday nights - NBA on ESPN Random other nights - Bulls on CSN/CLTV/WGN Random other nights - games on NBA TV Save your money!

QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 09:14 AM) Bulls are blacked out as I'm in the Chicago area. Right now my for sure are Lakers, Heat, Timberwolves. Leaning towards the Clippers for my third Western conference team. Not sure on a second Eastern conference team. I'd get the best team from each division, and avoid the Heat honestly as they'll likely be on TNT/ESPN/NBA TV for 70% of their games. Same with the Lakers, with their 9:30 starts for most of their games, you'll see those anyway. You gotta think this through. Houston is a good one, as is Minnesota.

I am confused as to why teenagers and college kids these days are dressing as Ninja Turltes, Power Rangers, etc. They have probably never even seen a Ninja Turtle cartoon or played with a Ninja Turtle action figure. GET YOUR OWN SH*T KIDS!

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 09:09 AM) I keep wanting to, but I also want to see how it ends. It ends with Ted getting married. /spoiler

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 09:07 AM) I think I am down to Big Bang Theory and HIMYM. I am pleased to announce that I dropped HIMYM.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Nov 1, 2012 -> 08:53 AM) I'm surprised at how much network television is watched by people on this site. This. The only shows on networks I watch are The Amazing Race, Survivor, Parks & Rec, and Modern Family.

Two things. Good God, James Harden. Also, awesome dunk by Lu, hope they hold on here. I did NOT miss Kirk dribbling down the shot clock. Go Bulls!

Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that if nothing changes in negotiations, the Bulls aren't likely to extend the contract of Taj Gibson by Wednesday night, meaning he would become a restricted free agent this summer.

So the last 3 or so weeks of Sons have been outstanding. I was THIS close to dropping it, too!

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Oct 31, 2012 -> 02:21 PM) A bit late, but good luck with Dell, unless they've improved drastically in the past few years I would never buy one again. Here's where someone with access to YouTube would link to a Debbie Downer SNL skit.

QUOTE (Baron @ Oct 31, 2012 -> 01:46 PM) I think in the end after the front office explores other options we will resign Youk to a 1-2 year deal. I think Youk has zero interest in staying with the Chicago White Sox.

BUT HE'S SO GREEDY HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN OKC FOR 52 MILLION!!!!!

Good God.

Free agency will not be the answer.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 31, 2012 -> 10:54 AM) And it wasn't on a scale like this at all. And what was the big storm in 2010? And 2009? And on and on. These storms happen every few decades or longer. You're buying into that bulls*** Inconvenient Truth hype that more storms and stronger storms would become the norm. That's not denying that global warming exists. It's denying that humans can change weather patterns to the degree you're suggesting. Katrina 2005, Sandy 2012. Um, no. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 31, 2012 -> 11:37 AM) Wake me when Katrina happens annually as was previously predicted but never came true. We've had horrific storms in the past, and we'll have them in the future. To claim this stuff happens annually on such a massive scale is ludicrous. Yeah, s*** happens around the globe, and that's been happening for hundreds of thousands of years. It's called weather! No one said annually; but the frequency is increasing, and the close-calls are increasing. How can you state that these storms "happen every few decades or longer" when empirical evidence is being thrown right in your face?

Dwight went 3/15 from the free throw line last night. Epic. He generally looked like s***, and the Princeton offense the Lakers were running was a s***show. They'll get their act together, but it'd be an extreme waste of Steve Nash's unique skill set to rarely have the ball in his hands. Oh, and here's Mark Cuban when Dwight fouled out.

The Heat are deep as f*** this year, and playing "without positions" is going to be the next evolution of the NBA.

QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 30, 2012 -> 06:12 PM) What do you mean? Thats the first time I've said anything even remotely close to what I just said You mean the opposite of anything that makes sense? Nope, you've had that type of post covered for awhile now.

QUOTE (Brian @ Oct 30, 2012 -> 05:08 PM) Did not see that coming. Two year deal? Jake apparently does not bulls***. Huge!
