ALL CELEBRATEEEEEEEE
QUOTE (Greg Hibbard @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 11:30 AM) The main reason I hate Twins, Tigers and Indians "fans" - many of them live in Chicago, because they abandoned their cities years ago. They attend games at The Cell to root for "THEIR TEAMS". You know, the ones who play for the cities they abandoned to come live in a real one. I loved seeing the various 40 year old female "chicagoans" with their brand spankin' new Tigers hats on the train the last two weeks. So yeah, f*** the other teams in the AL Central. And f*** fake Chicagoans. Easy with the rage, chief.

2012-2013 NFL Thread
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 12:12 PM) And again, this is the thing I just dont get. How can you be disappointed in what is ruled out of bounds? This isnt a subjective call here. The lines are there so you know, Chalk is OUT. And you wont read what Steve writes, but if he is quoted you will see what he wrote in the quote Yesterday, when Devin Hester dropped that 1st down catch, I just hated that it wasn't a catch. It would have been such a nice catch, so it's a stupid rule that you have to catch a ball to have it be a catch. And the Robbie Gould field goal! OMG, the refs calling it missed just because he missed it is such a joke.

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 12:05 PM) It's just amazing to me that so many took my dislike for the specifics of the rule as "THEY BLEW THAT CALL!! HE WASN'T OUT OF BOUNDS!!!". I already said they made the right call, I am just disappointed in what the rule actually is. But like I said, forget it, move on, I can't win here. If it happened against some other team, maybe. LOL Your "specifics of a rule" are referring to a black-and-white rule. What's to win? He was OUT OF BOUNDS. And to the rest of the world, I can still see the brilliant JCM24's posts.

QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 11:32 AM) But I don't know how this even goes against the spirit of any rule. Out of bounds is out of bounds. Period. You just don't understand.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 10:57 AM) please waste some time and explain what you are saying. What i am getting from this(and it seems like not only me) is that you are salty because you think the out of bounds ruling is being interpreted incorrectly or too tight. You don't understand. Also, Patrick Kane is just a college kid.

QUOTE (Swingandalongonetoleft @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 08:35 AM) The Tigers season was a month longer than the Sox season. That should temper any celebration or festive mindsets. The Tigers losing doesn't make me feel any better about the White Sox season, but I am glad that their buying that fat f*** from Milwaukee didn't pay off immediately.- ALL CELEBRATEEEEEEEE
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 08:32 AM) If it was by record then San francisco still would have had home field advantage. They were the better team Apparently you cannot read the words "not that it would have made a difference this year".- The First Annual Steve9347 b**** about your Fantasy Teams here
QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 08:28 AM) Got destroyed in both of my leagues. Thanks, Tom Brady and Julius Jones.- ALL CELEBRATEEEEEEEE
Not that it would have made a difference this year, but home-field advantage is a really valuable thing, and to have an exhibition game decide who gets it is still very, very dumb. I hope that rule is changed soon.- The First Annual Steve9347 b**** about your Fantasy Teams here
Jason Witten has had two good weeks this year, surrounded by nothing. Guess which two weeks I benched him in PPR? Thankfully, in the PPR league, with bonuses at every 6 catches and at 100 yards (where I benched his 18-catch, 48.9 point performance), I still won.- 2012-2013 NFL Thread
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 12:15 AM) I'm saying I hate how something like that is considered out of bounds in football. Like earlier when the Cowboys CB picked off the ball, but was ruled down because he brushed up against the WR's shoe when he was getting up. Really? The WR had no idea where the ball was, he was not trying to get the CB down, the CB just happen to hit his foot when he was getting up. That's a damn dumb rule. You hate when someone who is out of bounds is considered out of bounds? The first part of him to hit the ground was out of bounds. I'd hate if rules made zero sense, and the result was just anarchy approved by JoeCoolMan24. I'm not really looking to pick on you, so don't act like that. You just have a habit of posting nonsense.- 2012-2013 NBA thread
Harden runs with his ass too high and looks like an idiot. Martin, Durant, and Westbrook are going to live at the foul line. Future moveable parts or cheap assets (Lamb, picks) help sustain championship runs. The Thunder found a team that has been desperate to find a part to build around (desperately trying to overpay for Pau Gasol, desperate to get Dwight to agree to come, desperate to throw money at Lin, Omer), and they fleeced them. Good luck building around a shooting guard, Houston. And again, Harden runs with his ass too high. And he looks like Ehren McGhehey in 'Jackass Terror Taxi' wearing the beard of pubic hair. QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Oct 27, 2012 -> 10:06 PM) The timing of this is really strange. It's not even a week before their first game. Besides the whole luxury tax thing, it's drastically altering a title contender with no time for the new guys to work their way into the lineup before the season. I'm shocked. I told you they'd deal Harden, but yeah, the timing is shocking. This also f***s Martin on my fantasy team.- 2012 TV Thread
