Guys. How could LeBron say no to joining our stacked roster? I don't see it happening! Clevelend + mommy banger? New York + Danillo + Amare? Miami + Wade + Bosh? Chicago + Rose + Boozer + Noah? New Jersey + 12 wins?

QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 04:11 PM) Keep in mind that the Nets wanted Boozer too. This could have turned into a bidding war, but it didn't. There's something at play here. AND DONT FORGET THE TAX DOCS

QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 04:03 PM) I still think were getting LeBron. I said it yesterday and I'm sticking to it. I'm out till 10 pm though guys. Hopefully this thread won't balloon to 300 pages when I get back. I see the guys FA thinking. LeBron/Boozer and Wade/Bosh. The next great rivalry of the NBA to challenge Kobe. Noah/Rose and Beasley/Chalmers And thus it becomes a no-brainer.

How could LeBron look at this roster and say no right now?

QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:45 PM) Swinging for the fences would be getting both Wade and LeBron. Ok, I'll say it again because now I'm feeling the HIGH OF HOPE! LeBron never wanted to play for Miami!

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:37 PM) LEBRON IS OURS Just kidding, but that Mansfield guy is actually bringing evidence to the table, which you always gotta like. The bulls have a chance, theyve got about 24 hours to make it happen. Pull out all the stops, whatever it takes at this point. If I was Reinsdorf, Id seriously consider saying something like the Bulls will offer Lebron an option to purchase a piece of the Bulls. That could be a trump card here and something MJ would never have. Being an owner of the Bulls. f*** it, you tell him every one of his little butt buddies gets a god damned suite at the United Center and a f***ing Lambourgini.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:15 PM) Why have we heard absolutely nothing from the Bulls. If we are out, why haven't we heard that we are doing XYZ? You certainly would think we would have moved on. I know we are apparently in contact with other FA's but I would think if we were out on Lebron we'd already be jumping all over other people. Bulls brass has actually killed themselves.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:07 PM) It'll be funny to see how all of us look if he ends up choosing the Bulls. The chances of LBJ to the Bulls are at 0%. I can't believe how different things looked just a week ago. We should pull some of my over-confident posts from that time period right after WWW's bulls*** announcement.

Privately, Dwyane Wade(notes) and Chris Bosh(notes) weren’t pleased on Wednesday morning with the belief that James’ camp was responsible for leaking their plans to a television partner, but then again it makes perfect sense: This isn’t about Wade and Bosh choosing the Heat. It’s about LeBron getting the stage to himself on Thursday night. Ok, LeBron is on a powertrip and I wish nothing but the worst to him.

I love how we went from LeBron's team "laughing" at the Knicks courtship on Friday to him now going there. I have little doubt that tomorrow LBJ is going to put on a blue and orange headband.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 12:54 PM) That sounds about right as to what will happen. Could the Bulls even afford LBJ if they did get a Boozer agreement done ASAP btw? I believe you'd have to talk Boozer into taking a non-max deal leaving enough for a max deal.
