  1. Looked like it. Moncada wasn’t in usual DP position.
  2. I agree with this. Usually at 83 I would say leave him in but two things working against him. 1. He was starting to look tired 2. Top of the lineup seeing him again.
  3. Awful throw. No reason to make that throw.
  4. Sinker should sink more as he tires. Or at least moves more.
  5. If he gives up more hits and keeps leaving the ball up I would take him out.
  6. If Covey really is something that would help expedite the whole getting good thing. And like others have already said patience is important with these guys. Their growth isn’t linear.
  7. That was a heads up DP by Abreu. Good throw.
  8. Very. Looks very confident and comfortable out there.
  9. Need more swings like the first where he stayed inside the ball and hit it to straight away center. He also hit one up the middle yesterday, but it was knocked down by the pitcher and he got out. I would like to see more swings for up the middle or the other way...his best home runs are to LCF & CF. Needs to be more aggressive early in the count as well. (which I think I saw someone said Abreu mentioned to him) to make pitchers change their strategy. This would help bring back up his walk rate because the pitchers will stop throwing first pitch fastball strikes. Needs to get that % back up.
  10. I was just looking at this on FG and no Cease is what surprised me the most, but after seeing what @daggins said about Kiley & Eric thought about Cease I see why they don't have him up there. I disagree with them on that, but we will see. Hansen will move up if he finally gets healthy and finally throws in some games....starting to get worried about the lack of updates with him. Still nice to see 9 in the top 130....FG is going to update The Board next....that is an exciting new feature. FG lists Collins as a 1B....they must definitely not think he will stick at C. I am guessing he would be even higher if he was going to stick at C.
  11. Jimenez at 1B is interesting to me. His bat can play there obviously and you would protect him from injury and get better defenders in the OF. I wonder if he has ever played there at any time in his life.
  12. I am growing tired of Rickey's managing skills...I hope that Omar is being setup to take over in 1/2 years.
  13. One of my favorite players growing up....probably because I played 2B in HS as a short guy. I still wear Ray's jersey to most games I go to. If Madrigal works out....he will probably become my favorite player.
  14. He must have done something. I don’t think I have seen that many bad calls on one player. Also why does Renteria say nothing? Wtf is that?
  15. I agree with this....much better strategy than the Sox used to have.
  16. Leyland did not look excited to be there.....needs a smoke.
  17. Yeah...switch to MLB.com. It is going to continue there.
  18. Bernard Gilkey...wow haven't heard that name in awhile.
  19. So does this mean Wilcox will go to UGA now? Would someone be able to slot him enough to take him?
  20. Rays having a nice draft
