Bruce read a quote from him yesterday from a phone call with him in which he said he is having surgery again (the same surgery Sandy has had twice) and it is NOT career ending. So in other words what KW was the truth. Maggs is having surgery because it isn't getting better... We discussed this on Friday.. don't you pay attention??

I wasn't sure at first until I read the details about the 3 other woman who's testimony was not allowed by the judge. And, IMO, this case now is right up his alley. Get a female drunk and take advantage. This is the 5th time that he's been accused (that we know of anyway).

So the pitcher must bat, or the team just plays with 8 versus 9. Why is a player off the bench not usable?

Player A is playing CF... Player B is the DH.... Player C is on the bench. Player A is taken out of the game for a reason other than injury, player B, the DH, replaces him. At that point Player C can replace Player B as the DH.. correct? And does this effect the pitcher in any way, shape, or form?
