I am the Mod of the Sox AOL board. Every year we have an outing at the park - it's called Nomadsfest named after one of the posters there. Last year was the 3rd one and we had over 30 people from the AOL boards, a few from WSI, and several from here. Tons of food and beer and everyone just hangs out. I posted a group picture from there on here back in the summer. Great time. You should try to make it this year. August 7th.

I'm not sure if WSI is getting a booth this year.. But the bar is open to anyone who wants to come. Last year there were some from Yahoo and MSN boards, too.

I'm sorry if you think they are losers, Flash. And I don't intend on hanging with them, and then joining anyone else "at my convenience". Henry was at the AOL party this past summer and so were many of the posters here.. no one seemed to have an issue. I will be where I'm at. If people want to gather together, so be it. You're entitled to your opinions, but those are my friends you are talking about, and I would appreciate it if you didn't talk to me about them like that. Especially since you don't know s*** about them other than from an internet message board.

Friday night. The atrium bar is the only one we go to.. But don't worry, I'm sure we'll meet up before fest closing time.

The plan is usually just to meet at the bar, at the end furthest from the door, wher it's easiest to put several tables together.

3 car garage.. and only 1 wall plug. Now what..? Plug them into the garage door opener outlets? All the way up there..?? The cats and the dog get into the house via a pet door from the garage. It's positioned approx 7 inches up from the bottom of the door (so it's pretty much a hole in the middle of the door) with a heavy plastic magnetic door. They have to push to get it open. The entire door itself does not open. Will it hurt the dog?

Hmmm... I'm pretty sure we don't have any bats.

Jim thinks they are hiding around the corner of the house and every time the garage door goes up it's.. "run guys, run!!!" Little f'ers!

OK.. maybe I'll get one of those. And FYI, there is no evidence there are any in the basement - which is where someone told us they MUST be coming from. Besides, the door remains closed, the cats have never been down there, and there is no opening at the threshold (I have to blocked because there was a little draft).

Guys.. they are not in the house unless the cat brings them in. The little s***s are somewhere in the damn garage. The cats and dog have a pet door to get in the house - which is approx 7 inches from the bottom of the door so I know the mice aren't getting in that way - plus the door itself is heavy and magnatized so I don't think they could push it open if they could get up there. Wayne.. do you think 1 of those sonic things in the garage would work? Also.. what exactly does it do? Drive them away? Drive them crazy? Cause their heads to explode?
