Not nearly what yours was. It was over the line.Damn. Jon deserved a shot at finishing it out. His weight and conditioning have shown that, and I think that is why he was injury prone this year. I definately would rather see the $3.5 mil put into another arm for the pen.Is Borchard showing signs of life? That gives him hits in 5 straight games and 8 of 9. He has raised his average about 20 points over that stretch with a couple of HRs, 2 doubles, and 8 RBIs.
