I never complained that they weren't in the lineup. Any way you look at it, it's a weak 7-8-9. Dye being out obviously makes it look a lot worse. And Uribe stopping his leg kick was the worst choice ever.

Yes, I do. He'd probably still be better than some of the slackjaws who are currently pitching for us.

Demote Logan and bring up Nelson. We will still have two lefties -- Cotts and Thornton. I don't see what the big deal is.

I know he's older than dirt but I am actually excited to see what Jeff Nelson can bring to the bullpen.

If Jenks starts the 9th and blows it, so be it. As our closer, at least he was put in the best position to succeed.

You don't micromanage with your closer in the 9th inning. A closer starts the 9th in a save situation, unless he's too gassed to go.

I wouldn't laugh. Old ass Jeff Nelson could end up being better than three of our current relievers (Politte, Thornton, and Logan).

I felt pretty crappy after the Ozuna in left field experience but this has to be worse.
