Court: Mom's Eavesdropping Violated Law
Let me get this straight...My daughter is on the phone with a purse snatching criminal and I should just say, "Enjoy your conversation, dear," and let it be. The hell with that! :headshake

Personality Type...
I got the same one: Your Personality Type You are a realist who places a high value on trust and loyalty. People notice that you are passionate about your views and that they can count on you when you make a personal commitment. Your Motto "If you are going to do it, do it right."

baby born without a face
I guess some would think we should just kill a baby in this situation. (Referring to a previous thread.) I thank God she has these kind of parents:

Bambi's Daddy is now dead...
"Just reach in and yank it all out and it should all fall right into the bucket." Oh boy.

Bambi's Daddy is now dead...
I said the same thing. Heading out there, I though if I had to take aim, I wouldn't be able to shoot from shaking so much. But, I was a rock until he fell. Then I was shaking like a leaf. I thought I was going to fall out of the tree. What a ruch it was.

Here's more: Dos and Don’ts to Survive the Holidays Don't cling to visions of a Norman Rockwell family moment. That happens only in paintings. Do remind yourself that the holidays may have been so wonderful in childhood because you had no responsibility for making the magic. If you have grown-up expectations, you won't be so disappointed. Do make a list of all your traditions, from decorating to Christmas caroling. Keep the ones you love (forget about impressing other people), and cross off the ones you don't. Don't think twice about asking guests to bring food to your holiday party. Why should you have to do all the cooking when most people are perfectly happy with a potluck? Don't isolate yourself. Seek out kindred souls and spend time with them. If you're newly divorced, join a support group, volunteer at a homeless shelter, or shop for elderly neighbors so you have some human contact. Do have compassion for yourself during the holidays. If you're not in a celebratory mood, you're not the only one. Don't give up your workout. Exercise is one of the best ways to relieve stress Don't skimp on sleep either—you'll feel cranky and less able than usual to deal with stress. Regular insomnia and oversleeping are signs of depression. A counselor or therapist can help. Don't spend randomly. Set a limit for gifts—and stick to it.

Bambi's Daddy is now dead...
$1500!? Wow. I got both of mine in Indiana on private land of a dairy farmer that I used to pick up his milk. They became great friends and invited me to go hunting with them. I had never been before. The first year I got the 10 pointer in about 20 minutes. I think they were more excited than I was. The next year it took about 2 hours to get my big boy (11 pointer, 165 pounds field dressed). I haven't gone again. I'm 2 for 2.
