Check history to see why slaves were counted as 3/5 of a person to stop the South from buying more slaves to boost up their population. It wasn't a racist reason. Founding Fathers wanted to outlaw slavery from the start, but were too afraid that it would cause what it eventually did almost 100 years later.

The same with me. It's just so damn hard to find certain things made in the USA. Try finding kids toys made in the USA. After my daughter was born, I looked at all of her baby toys (and there were A LOT) and only two weren't made in China and those two didn't say where it was made. For crying out loud, most American flags are made outside of the US.

To be honest, I wasn't all that impressed with Soxfest. I don't get into getting autographs and falling all over the players and stuff. But, there are A LOT of great deals on apparel and Sox stuff. I went in '01, and I'm being talked into going this year on the Saturday.

What the hell is that song? Everytime I see the commercial I can't get the song out of my head for days! I love it! I like the commercials they show on CNBC all the time with the guy in his office and they keep saying "So, how much software do you want to buy." When that guy tries to escape by throwing the chair through his window and it bounces back at him...I crack up everytime!

You know what I think? I think he LOVES when everyone is yelling at him. He like the attention. I try not to pay any attention to him.

My music sharing program is FM Stereo. If I like it there, I BUY it. Iknow. It's crazy, but it's a really cool thing. I think I read somewhere that it's not free to get guitars and drums and to use the recording studio. I know it's a surprise to find out that they don't just spend all of their own money so you can have something nice to listen to.
