  1. Ball always finds the defensive replacement.
  2. I don't advocate hitting whatever his name is, but I certainly don't like him bunting either way. Doesn't bother me nearly as much as it seemingly does Balta.
  3. Fox had that fastball at 94. Alright.
  4. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 21, 2012 -> 04:41 PM) So was that one of those "Bunt attempts that people would look back on and be annoyed about"? I was annoyed when Olivo even faked a bunt. Definitely annoyed when the guy actually tried to put one down.
  5. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 21, 2012 -> 04:28 PM) How many consecutive outs does it take for Fox to cut away from a 7-0 blowout in a Yankee-Red Sox matchup and go to another game? 26. 24 at the very minimum.
  6. 12 up, 12 down. 45 pitches through 4.
  7. Even Dunn's outs looks good right now.
  8. I love the approach our guys have shown lately. A lot more sitting back, waiting for the pitch to come to them. They're more selective overall, taking what the pitchers give them.
  9. Paulie is the freakin' man. 2-0.
  10. Beckham and Morel with hits in the same inning again.
  11. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Apr 21, 2012 -> 03:25 PM) Shrugs are all traps, it's an isolation exercise, but upright rows are a more of a compound movement that do hit the traps, but they also hit the delts, too. Being that this is all in home, and that you do not have barbell, the best you'll be able to do is the Arnold press and/or overhead presses...if you have heavier dumbbells, try to slowly work your way up to using them. They're adjustable dumbells, I can work up to 45 pounds for now, but I plan on buying more weight plates soon.
  12. Humber just struck out the side. Yeah, you read that right.
  13. Rios stranded at 1st, 1-0 Sox, middle 2nd.
  14. Paulie solo bomb! 1-0 Sox!
  15. 2 groundouts and a soft line out to short, Humber gets them 1-2-3.
  16. Sox go down 1-2-3, Dunn finished inning with ground out on a 3-2 inside fastball. He roped a 2-2 breaking ball foul down the left field line. Really nice to see him sit back and let the ball get in deep there.
  17. De Aza working the count again, despite the flyout.
