  2. QUOTE(TitoMB345 @ Jun 29, 2006 -> 09:21 PM) Okay, so I got pretty bored tonight and I thought I'd mess around with Fireworks and make a sig. First one I've ever made/attempted. What do you guys think? I want to start getting into it and making some good ones. Thanks... It's better than your current sig.
  3. QUOTE(watchtower41 @ Jun 29, 2006 -> 04:58 PM) I think you and I are the only ones that support him on this board....LOl All Bulls fans should be extatic after what Pax pulled on Portland...most Bulls fans are :rolly Good thing Pax knows what he is doing FYI, MOST Bulls fans are not happy with the Thomas pick.
  4. QUOTE(zygoat @ Jun 29, 2006 -> 03:10 PM) agreed stay with the flubs and your gods- kerry wood and mark prior Simulated game kings.
  5. Stay on the f***ing North Side. We don't want you or need you.
  6. QUOTE(SoxAce @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 10:50 PM) ^ Yeah, that.
  7. QUOTE(SoxAce @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 10:31 PM) Just got back home and I'm glad I've heard the good news!! Who called this pick?! I'm da man. Remember what I told you. Thats a mouth shot.
  8. Deron Williams and Dee Brown reunited in Utah.
  9. QUOTE(knightni @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 08:59 PM) The Knicks will start 5 point guards next season. You heard it here first. And the Bulls will start 5 small forwards.
  10. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 05:40 PM) What salary cap issues? I've heard TC is included in the trade which means we could make it work. I don't think we're doing it simply because I don't think KG will ever be anything else other than a TWolve, but it's possible. It would have to be July 1st when the Bulls FA become OFFICIAL FA's. This is what I have read. The deal would happen July 1st at the earliest. Join us: http://www.talkbulls.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=580&st=0
  11. QUOTE(watchtower41 @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 04:54 PM) Be my guest to pm me, but I'm not gonna take the time to pm everyone that strokes Alderidge on this board in 3 years and say "f***ING CRAP" It easy to judge Chandler now, but at the time of his draft and his endless upside, I'd do that trade again in a heartbeat. The upside would have been Duncan/Robinson, we are experiencing the downside right now and still have made the playoffs more than Elton Brand. Soxtalk is the only website in the nation that has Alderidge going above 5, kinda low for a "safe" pick in this draft. Bulls should go after titles, not "SAFE" We are not gonna be in Grant Park next year unless Pax pulls a miracle trade to get Gordon outta here. :headshake :banghead :headshake O RLY? http://www.draftexpress.com/mock.php?y=2006 http://nbadraft.net/ Both of those at #4. Oh, how about this one...Stephen A Smith reported at 1:30 that the Bulls and Aldridge's agent have reached an agreement that the Bulls will draft Aldridge at #2. And that facvt that you would do Chandler for Brand again is absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst trades ever. Honestly. He averaged 20/10 in his first 2 season but we traded him for a scrawny PF out of high school with no offensive game at all. SWEET! Yeah, Duncan and Robinson part 2. Now one is rotting away in New York and the other is a bench player making a s***load of money. I f***ing hate when people bring up the Chandler/Brand trade.
  12. QUOTE(watchtower41 @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 04:43 PM) I'm not saying that soxtalk members are the problem... but saying the Yankees fans are more competitive with a bigger fanbase is not an excuse. We had Pods beat Jeter and Matsui by nearly double last year for that final vote. Maybe we have to rely on the Sox to campaign every year in order for people to get "into" voting?? The last game(s) I was at last week against the Cardinals... in a 20-2 romp, people were making paper airplanes and littering the park with the ballots instead of voting. The ushers did their job by passing them out, just most of the fans had no idea what the hell they were, nor cared for that matter. Matsui and Jeter are on the same team. Their votes canceled out, helping Pods. Not to mention the BoSox voting for him so Jeter doesnt make it.
  13. QUOTE(WhiteSoxFan1 @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 04:20 PM) I havent read every post so sorry if this is repeated, but I just heard from another message board that talks have heated up between minnesota and chicago in which chicago would trade their 2 1st round picks along with Loul Deng for Kevin Garnett. It wouldn't happen until Mid-July because of Salary cap issues.
  14. QUOTE(watchtower41 @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 03:56 PM) I can't wait for the Bulls to draft the FUTURE tonight with Tyrus Thomas and have everyone and their little brother cry in here on how they will never be a Bulls fan again, how it was the worst pick ever, how bad they wanted L.A. even though he'll be lucky to be drafted in the top 10....if ESPN overhyped anybody, it was Alderidge. Hell, before the lottery, there was a lot of people in here that warranted him as the #1 overall pick. All of that whine and maybe even a little throw in on how we need to start Jerry Owens over Pods in Left. The same people that will have Thomas sigs by Thanksgiving next year. And when Tyrus Thomas averages 3 ppg and 9 rpg in 3 years, I will send you a PM saying "TYSON f***ING CHANDLER!" And if ESPN overhyped anyone, it was Randy Foye and JJ Redick.
  15. We have a lot of players who should make it but a lot that wont. I think Contreras, Dye, Iguchi, Thome, Jenks, and Konerko make it.
  16. Someone needs to pin this. I just put in 50.
  17. Voting ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 29, 2006.

  20. QUOTE(SoxAce @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 12:52 AM) I'll say this, if we get the #1 pick next year (which is a good possibility) and Oden declares.... I can gladly say we'll have a couple of Bulls championships back here in Chicago. I haven't seen much of Oden but I know the kid is a beast at like 7'0, 245.
  21. If the last villain was Carnage, this would easily be the best in the series. Venom and Carnage in the same movie!?!? But I read that they signed somebody on to play The Lizard so I don't know for sure.
  22. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 12:40 AM) They have Boston taking Marcus Williams at #7. Suppose their logic is the Celts need a pure PG, so Delonte West can become the 6th man off the bench. I'll dispute that, and I know I'll get flamed for it around here. The Bulls in my mind won't be serious contenders in the East for another season or 2 at least. You'll need guys like Deng to actually hit their prime first. Don't forget that Chicago is still a very young team in terms of guys you have in your starting lineup etc. I agree with you. 2004-2005 was our best chance but Curry and Deng were injured so we had to try something new. 2005-2006 was a squeaker and the Bulls finished hot and got themselves into the playoffs, where they made a run at the eventual champions. In 2 years, with all the pieces in the puzzle, they will be at their best and become serious contenders to win the Eastern conference. I still expect the Bulls to be in the playoffs for the next 4-5 years, but I think with the right additions 2006-2007 could be very promising for the Bulls. A good draft and some key free agents and we could be be a 4th or 5th seed in the East.
  23. QUOTE(chitownsportsfan @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 12:07 AM) LOL, that sounds so....wrong!
