1. QUOTE(TheBigHurt @ Apr 25, 2007 -> 12:28 AM) I've defended Erstad all the way. Hey, there's more flip-flopping on this site than in a Presidential debate. Some call those people fair weather fans
2. I knew them Canucks would muscle outta there!
3. Chevrolet player of the game. 2-4 2 RBI
4. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 23, 2007 -> 07:16 AM) With kids around also? I decided when my youngest was tottling around that the risks of them finds one of my guns and having an accident was greater than a criminal breaking into my home. I don't think a shot gun is very good home protection unless it is unlocked and loaded and ready to go. Most stories I've heard has the intruder already in your home by the time you hear them. As soon as the intruder heres the chec-chec of a buckshot being slid into the chamber, that intruder will be out of that house so quick he won't even have time to piss his pants.

That Infiniti is a piece of s*** dont buy it. If you want something with nuts, look no further than a 2003-04 Mustang SVT Cobra. 390RWHP stock and modded it sees upwards 0f 6 bills. RWD is not as bad as you would expect, dont hammer it around corners or you'll spin out, anything above 3 inches of snow, its worthless. Bang for your buck the best is a 98-02 Trans Am or Camaro Z28/SS.
6. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Apr 22, 2007 -> 11:30 PM) but neither can hit not disagreeing with you there but Shelton doesn't = Anderson and Casey doesn't =Erstad? Also, Erstad has moments of brilliance yet no one here gives him a chance. He is getting old but I still like the sonuvab****.
7. Overall, they do a pretty good job. I for one love The Hawk but knew he would be on that list. #1 and 2 should be reversed but they are right on target. The current Cubs announcers suck.

what moron said "Overall, Matsuzaka does not have one great pitch, but what makes him amazing is the combination of good pitches all of which he can throw for strikes. "
9. QUOTE(RME JICO @ Apr 22, 2007 -> 11:18 PM) Shelton = Anderson? Casey = Erstad? ??? Both Sox can field just fine
10. QUOTE(BearSox @ Apr 22, 2007 -> 10:56 PM) Guns are good, people are bad. They need stricter laws on who can buy/sell guns. And there is no better home safety weapon other then the shotgun. My thoughts exactly. Moderaters can lock this sucker up, BearSox for President in 08!
11. Obviously. Shelton is a defensive liability and doesn't show much heart.

With an 8 pitch repertoire and good movement, I think he's da real deal. I think the biggest problem so far is the barrier between him and Varitek. Also once he gets control of his inside pitches, he might be untouchable.
13. Shelton is an awful fielder. He is probably the exact opposite of Mark Teixeira as far as a player. He blew up early last season then tapered off accordingly. I actually like Casey, hes a good team player and leader. He had a huge second half last year if I remember correctly and contributed big after being traded and in the playoffs.

15. Hey its nothing new, look at Terry O'Reilly in '79. Also that wasn't a spear, it was a slash and a weak one at that. 5 games seems about right. Iginla gave him the cross check in the back but Franzen embellished the hell out of it. It was nothing serious. Draper was a pussy for turning down the scrap at the end. We are into OT in Calgary! Go Flamers

Davies, Just so you know, your girlfriend in the mailroom, offered to blow me. True story.
17. Detroit is the biggest bunch of pussies I have ever seen touch the ice. They won against Calgary but they should feel like homos. They skated like figure skaters and had 0 physical play. I'm listening to tonights game on the radio and it looks like Calgary should do ok at home. NYR vs Buffalo should be a fun series.
18. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Apr 12, 2007 -> 12:13 PM) Glass seats at a Wolves game are $48 on day of game. they were about 7 rows up not directly on the glass. i hate sitting there, you have to presss your head on da glass just to see the opposite end of the ice. these seats are far better IMO and way cheaper. anyways the wolves simply put on a better show. Marty Turco had a huge SO win tonight.
19. Can't wait til The Hawk comes back.
20. I'll be there weather permitting
21. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Apr 11, 2007 -> 06:04 PM) They got a new owner in February. I would hardly call 8/12/16/20(club)/25(glass) outrageous. I'd love to know where you get that from. 8 is behind the net, first level. They've also had 2 for 1 deals, kids $1 tickets, etc. Playoff tickets for the first round? 6 bucks everywhere but club and glass. I sat off the glass at a Wolves game this season against the Moose for 14 bucks.
22. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Apr 11, 2007 -> 03:57 PM) They won't be, though what league they are in next year is uncertain at this point in time. they are putting nobody in the seats and ticket prices are outrageous for hockey that bad. QUOTE(That funky motion @ Apr 11, 2007 -> 04:33 PM) He is like AJ, you hate him till he is on your team. The guy has changed the Rangers and for a jag, he can play.
