my point... we are not in a strong position at this point in the season to be evaluating double a talent... sure sure this guy will be good in time, but i think the streaky dan wright is a better option at this time.

as a manager.... i dont know what i would do with thomas....because he is a prima-donna there is no easy was to work him out of the line-up... but at times it pains me to see him in it.... the dude is kind of an enigma

hey! dont be hating on detroit. i lived there for a Short while. and while the town has a reputation, it is coming back....slowly the park is near a part of town called Greektown and the area is not much worse the the area around the cell. now there are some scary parts of detroit.... but the ballpark isn't one of them also, if this year is any indication... half-priced tickets should be easily obtained

this team ain't done yet. there still is alot of baseball left. the schedule is a motherf***er. yankees, boston, minnesota, and kansas. if they can play through that and make the playoffs... i think they will be a tough team to beat.

i dont think there are any Cotts haters here. there are some who doubt his ability at the big league level. i for one do not want to see the sox risk any opportunity to win games while in a playoff chase. there is a time and place for player evaluation...(spring training) i know he is young and getting his first big time chance.... but heck, he IS a big-leaguer.... and with that comes higher expectations... if his next start is a re-mix of the Neal Cotts conga line.... then criticism of his performance is not out of line. that said, i am really hoping he goes 6-7 innings and has a decent outing. i am all for anyone who can help this team. go get 'em Neal
