Javy said after the game that he knew AJ was getting thrown at the first time it happened....he had time to return the favor, so to speak. Most MLB umps aren't gonna throw a pitcher out arbitrarily without issuing a warning first, which would have happened AFTER Javy returned the favor theoretically.
