I have absolutely no problem with that lineup against Mulder tonight. I am starting to think that sometimes the lineup is selected via the 'names out of a hat' method though.

Pods, honestly to me, seems WAY too complacent while playing defense. And he always seems to take his ABs with him to the field mentally, which here lately the way he is hitting, is not good.

That kid got a pretty sweet deal there....gets a chance to try his way in football at ND, and still has a pro baseball contract with some longevity. Well played.

Well...my EYES tell me that Pods has no defensive gameplan whatsoever, doesn't position himself very well at all, takes s***ty routes to flyballs, has a noodle arm that couldn't throw out Paul Konerko going first to 3rd, and relies solely on catchup speed to make 80% of his plays out there. I don't need stats to see that.

Such a great game pitched by Doug Davis for Milwaukee tonight, he gets pinch hit for..and the next inning, the reliever gives the lead back.. I hate that. 1-1 in the 8th
