Its less about the who, and more about the why. An organization that cried over a similar amount it would take to replace Beni as the reason to keep him, just goes out and wastes the same amount for something they ALREADY had a solution for.

I'd worry more about Jacob Gonzalez being a wasted pick, over Hagen. At least Hagen has a big arm, even post surgery, that can play in the bigs. JG's skill set has so little upside for the big leagues.

It is hard to think Jacob Gonzalez will ever live up to his draft spot.
