Qualls is no decent reliever, he's pretty good and just had his best year. I think I would just see if Sweeney does anything, IMO he could be .290 BA .335 OBP type guy.

His arm may not be great but he definitely gets pretty god jumps on the ball. I don't mind him much, just would rather have a better option such as Hunter or Rowand.
