  1. QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Jun 12, 2008 -> 05:51 PM) I'll be there Saturday and since I can't be there tomorrow, I'm going to give him one on Sat. Same. I'm going on Saturday and I fully intend to cheer for him. He did a lot for us in '05 he diserves nothing less then a standing O.
  2. I'm glad these games are getting the national coverage they need, however, the Sunday Night Baseball broadcasters hate Chicago teams. It has been well noted, especially their dislike for the Sox. I just hope that they can do their jobs and not bash the Sox the entire time. Jon Smith is the most loyal sox basher on ESPN, yay two Sundays of that!
  3. I finally have a night off from work and it would have been nice to watch the whole game.
  4. QUOTE (The Critic @ May 30, 2008 -> 03:39 PM) An hour, huh? That means I'm going to miss 4 DAG-GUMMITs, 2 Ted Williams references and 5 to 15 complaints about the umpiring. Don't forget we'll also miss one of Hawk's reminiscing of his career and getting emotional over his son's proposal during the game last night.
  5. Just finished whatching Game 4 for the first time since this time last year! It still gives me chills when they say the White Sox are world champs, seems like it was so long ago and not only two years ago.
  6. Congrats Josh, that is impressive for a rookie. I can't wait to see what he can do for us next season!
  7. Great win for us to win tonight. It was a nice change to see a great comeback instead of us rolling over to the Twinkies! Great job by Jenks, AJ, and Phillips!
  8. QUOTE(whitesox1976 @ Sep 7, 2007 -> 11:39 PM) I know the game didn't mean anything, but scoring 6 runs in the bottom of the 9th and winniing in 13 innings is quite a comeback. At least it gives us one more positive thing that we can say happened during the season also!
  9. This one of the best comebacks I have seen in a long time!!!! YEAH AJ!!! SOX WIN 11-10!!!!!
  10. Nice HR by Cintron, 1st of the year!!! 3-0 good guys
  11. QUOTE(LVSoxFan @ Aug 31, 2007 -> 10:38 AM) Cleveland must be totally psyched that they now have an entire weekend to pad their lead over Detroit! They must be licking their chops. Any team that plays us is psyched because they have a REALLY good chance of winning.
  12. QUOTE(The Ginger Kid @ Aug 15, 2007 -> 03:11 PM) for the record, owens was safe at first in the 9th last night. why i'm still fuming i have no idea - it makes no sense. Everyone that saw the replays knows he was safe. Hope we can will one tonight behind Buehrle!
  13. I can not believe he tied the record today and I couldn't see it since I had to go to a family function. All they wanted to do was watch golf so I had to miss this . Congrats to Bobby on tying the record since it is amazing he did it as a reliever. I hope to see him break it.
  14. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Aug 1, 2007 -> 08:17 PM) If all you did was watch highlights of ARod's at bats on ESPN, you'd think the White Sox were kickin' ass! Well we all know we haven't done that in a while! I just hate how much attention A-Rod gets.
