again, look at Griffey's july numbers, he's hitting the ball very well this month Dye: .345/.421/.655, 6 HR, 15 RBI, 9 BB, 17 K Griffey: .271/.386/.541, 5 HR, 17 RBI, 15 BB, 15 K if he could sustain those numbers for the rest of the year, this makes our lineup much better. we'd most likely have to limit his games played to 4-5 a week, to ensure his health though

For what it's worth, Griffey is hitting .271, with a .927 OPS in July, with 5 HR, 17RBI, 15 BB & 15 K not too shabby, destroys what Konerko has been doing that's for damn sure

Floyd rocks. I had a good feeling coming into tonights game that we had a better chance of winning than losing. He just keeps throwing strike after strike, moving inside and out, changing speeds and pitches. I've seen his fastball from 91-94 tonight, and his curveball has had some hard biting action to it Buerhle + Danks + Floyd is a nice 1-2-3 for ALDS

Gavin really has problems pitching out of the stretch, he's absolutely dominant for the most part after 1 out and nobody on base (he seems to throw a lot of pitches when facing the first batter of an inning, though)
