  1. So true!!!! You viddy well, brother.
  2. This team has no yarbles!
  3. f***ing finally, Manuel learns that Crede is a MUCH better hitter than that garbage can Valentin. I can't say I'm excited about this game. I fear the worst. But, if this team has balls, they WILL come through and win big.
  4. Oh please, Frank came through with PLENTY of big hits in his prime. Any team would have killed to have him on their team. Frank has worked SO hard for the Chicago White Sox, and Reinsdorf knows this. This is why he won't let him go. These past few years, he HAS failed in the clutch. What about the 2000 season when he CARRIED THE TEAM? They would have gone nowhere without him. Frank deserves a World Series ring. Enough said. Bmr, I respect you as a poster, but sometimes your views are so blindly thought out that it's pathetic.
  5. Does he? You may want to look into his career playoff BA and other similar situations. Hes a loser. He's a loser? Was he a loser when he won the MVP award? Was he a loser when he was the highlight of all those Sox down seasons? He battled back from injury, he never quit. Granted, he still isn't the Frank Thomas of old, and I honestly don't expect him to be the Frank Thomas of the old again. How many times has Frank been in the postseason? Definately not enough to deem him a loser. Frank has done too much for this city. Then what does the city do to him? They call him a loser. We have such GREAT citizens Franlk Thomas chokes in EVERY big situation. Look it up. How about that game winning home run against Minnesota? How about that game winning home run against Anaheim? Chokes in every big situation? Not quite. LOL you call those big situations? THose are mid season games with NO pressure. Any game where the game is on the line is a big situation. Jesus Christ, I honestly do not see why you guys hate him so much. Hate Jose Valentin, he has the average to go along with his crap. But Frank was E-f***ING-LEET (ELITE) FOR YEARS Has a FEW f***ing bad years due to INJURY, and he's a loser. That's just great.
  6. That's what people said about Barry Bonds, and they were right. Look what he did last year. FT is no Barry Bonds. Who knows. Barry was older than Frank is now when he came into his own. WHo knows? Well I do. BB works a HELL of a lot more than FT and BB has a HELL of a lot more confidence than FT. BB is a once in a lifetime player. Frank Thomas works just as hard as Barry Bonds. He battled back from injury. He NEVER quit. He worked and worked to get his swing back. You think those huge muscles came from just sitting there watching Bonds work? Thomas is a hard worker, and a devoted player.

  9. First, I never called him a fluke, I presented that as a possible reason as to why he's been sucking lately. I made this thread before I heard of this flu that he apparently has. Now it seems there's a reason number 3. 3: He's battling the flu.
  10. Bingo. I'm 16, I take it now. Why? Frank Thomas deserves it.
  11. He probably barfed about his horrible performence out there.
  12. Schoeney is pitching great.
  13. At least we're not being shut out....
  14. Everett! Nice hustling by C Lee. I think we got a "I feel sorry for you so here you go call" by the home plate ump.
  15. You know what? f*** Magglio Ordonez and his first pitch swinging s***.
  16. Now only if Thomas can get his head out of his ass.
  17. Alomar will leadoff with a single, so will Carlos. Frank will popup, Maggs will flyout, and Everett will line out.
  18. Whatever. Just f*** this team. f*** them.
  19. Like I said, if that didn't light a fire under their butts, nothing will.
  20. IF THAT DOESN'T LIGHT A f***ING FIRE UNDER THESE GUYS ASSES, NOTHING WILL.
  21. I agree with you on that and Im sorry for coming on so harshly. That's cool, we're all really really stressed out from this game. I know I am. :( :( :(
