With Pods and Erstad gone, would anyone be down on bringing him back as a bench player? He sucked for SD last year, but he also had a double sports hernia, which I've heard also sucks.

Owens isn't very useful as a fourth outfielder because he would not be able to throw anyone out from right field (though we play him in center, despite the fact he cannot throw out anyone there).
