  1. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jul 25, 2005 -> 12:45 PM) They just need to get past New England, and I'm hoping NE will slip just a tad with the loss of their coordinators. Whoever wins the Monday night game in NE is probably going to have home field over the other in the playoffs. Indy needs that bad. All my teams have that team like New England stopping mine from getting to the next step in the past few years. Patriots--Colts Twins--White Sox Pistons--Pacers Wow, now if you were just an Iowa State fan, you'd be perfect.
  2. I've got to chuckle at anyone not picking the Colts in the AFC South.
  3. You won't find Jenks on MVP '05. I don't have time, but the Widge is on StL and Ozuna on Toledo on '04. Jenks was called up for the first time this year.

QUOTE(Cerbaho-WG @ Jul 25, 2005 -> 12:15 PM) I'll be calling him in a few hours, assuming I can get out of my damn driveway to the post office. Damn storms. For some reason, he's excited to be interviewed by you. Is Cerb the next Bryant Gumbel, only sexier? Only time will tell.

Well, we're working on an interview with Kris.
  6. Was that his SN here?
  7. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Jul 24, 2005 -> 10:10 PM) Excellent post. Simply put, there are far too many if's with the Bears. Grossman has played in...what...five NFL games? We don't know dick about this kid. Period--and I've watched/scouted him since his senior year in high school. The kid put up crazy numbers in the run n' gun, but we don't know if he can cut it at the professional level. Anyone else who says otherwise is simply speculating. I'm not a bettin' man, but if I was, I'd say the Lions end up with more W's than our belov'ed Bears. Heh, I'm a Colts fan. I just think it has to click there in Detroit sooner or later....
  8. Facing Zito, Harden, and Haren as they have been lately? Yes, that trio is scary.
  9. The only issue that the admins and I have with adding a ton of skins, is that we have to edit each one manually to add stuff like that FutureSox banner.
  10. QUOTE(knightni @ Jul 24, 2005 -> 09:56 PM) If Rex Grossman and the O-Line remain healthy this year. The Bears will make the playoffs with their weak schedule. You heard it here first. I just feel those seem like big IF's. I can potentially see the Bears as high as second in the division with an 8-8 record. But I have an inkling that the Lions may finally put it together this year, as one of those QB's will have a solid season. I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see Garcia starting and having a big season at some point.
  11. Chiefs probably won't be the best team in their own division, let alone the AFC. Did you watch them at all last year?
  12. Heads22 replied to Heads22's topic in FutureSox Board
    All are final.
  13. I'm getting sick and tired of MVP trades being thrown out there and people thinking Dye as a regular first baseman. GMAFB.
  14. How can you say NL East wihtout a doubt when AL West teams had a 25-23 record against the NL East? It's close, but if you take out each team's record against Washington, the AL West owned the East.
  15. Should be there Soxy. Good thing I'm in a good mood. I'll get the banner on it too.

  17. QUOTE(Cerbaho-WG @ Jul 24, 2005 -> 06:55 PM) I get paid through players cell phone numbers I guess. I'm creeoy like that, aren't I...
  18. I'm good for something.
  19. Thered are a few more things I want to work on. I don't know if regular members see it on the default skin, but there is a debug bar on the bottom. I'd like that to show up again. We also hope to get a Spanish language pack installed for any español speakers on the site or ones just wanting to surf.
  20. Silverish grey is the new default. It isn't hard to change back to the old blue one though. Just go to the pulldown menu at the bottom of the page to the old IPB one.
  21. I widened it out. Oh man, I like this one.
  22. Silverish Gray is also now available. Nice clean look. Thin screen though.
  23. Check the pulldown menu in the bottom left hand corner of the page, and try Silver. The only issue I have is some of the images are faint.
