It is indeed absolutely awful… but his side actually has disputed in testimony and with evidence their perspective that the allegations made are not as portrayed. They had a forensic witness they focused questioning upon to the nature of the injuries who actually states the photographs of injuries are not consistent with the alleged events. It’s going to be very interesting to see if the restraining order goes through… I could see it going either way considering the way family law works and it’s just another example of how horribly broken that institution is, especially here in California.

Here’s a tinfoil hat one for you… 1.) It seems like Lynn was taking a lot of time between pitches and regularly going to his right hip… brushing his pitching hand up against his belt often. 2.) If you look at the ejection, the ball boy takes the belt and in the ensuing drama takes it away into the clubhouse without any umpire inspecting it. ———— So here’s the tin foil hat question… could Lance be using a substance that’s on his belt which they hid while using argument of the ejection as a distraction from the umps discovering / investigating the check completely?
