konerko is a good player..instead of making a reasonable statement you all write s*** like my next door neighbor is a nice guy...can u honestly tell me that konerko didnt have a good season last year??

all you do is b**** about people on this team like we were in last place...if we didnt have konerko who would u rather have??...not including this year he has been great for us...maybe instead of looking at how a player has done in the last game u should look how they have done the past few years...

konerko went on the jim rome show when he was struggling and was still a nice guy and answered any questions and since then his average has went up almost 50 points..i dont think he hides in the corner but rather the media isnt covering him as much because a .230 hitter isnt that appealing....

the sox are not stuck with konerko..i'm sure that a lot of teams would love to be stuck with konerko...i guess we are stuck with konerko just like texas is stuck with a rod...

konerko has had four great seasons and is a clubhouse leader who brings a lot more to this team than just great offense...

that is not a hard record to have and also the twins are the ones with the more pressure on them...there is no sure win down the stretch.
